Description
The Client:- A listed conglomerate with various business in HK
Responsibilities:
- Handle the full range of company secretarial responsibilities, corporate governance and compliance matters for the listed company and its subsidiaries.
- Organize and support board, committee and management meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, preparing reports and compiling presentation materials.
- Prepare statutory filings, draft board and shareholder resolutions, record minutes and manage general corporate correspondence.
- Oversee securities-related activities, including dividend distribution and filings/notifications for changes in shareholdings of directors and major shareholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Corporate Administration or a related field.
- Membership or qualification from a relevant professional body (e.g., CGI, ICS, CPA) is s MUST.
- At least 5 years' experience in a sizeable listed company.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
