Assistant Coach – Chattahoochee Gold Swimming

Chattahoochee Gold Swimming is seeking a full-time Assistant Coach to join our growing coaching staff.
With more than 750 athletes training across four locations in the North Atlanta area (Marietta, Woodstock, Cumming, and Peachtree City), Chattahoochee Gold has built a long-standing tradition of excellence while continuing to evolve and grow.
Our athletes have achieved success at every stage of the sport, from first-time state qualifiers to national-level competition, and we take pride in creating an environment where swimmers can continue progressing throughout their careers.
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and athlete-centered coach who is passionate about development, committed to continuous learning, and excited to contribute to a collaborative coaching environment.
Position Overview
This position will primarily work with swimmers ages 14 & under, ranging from athletes new to competitive swimming to state champions and high-level age group swimmers.
The successful candidate will have opportunities to coach multiple age groups and developmental levels while working alongside an experienced staff representing a wide range of coaching backgrounds and experiences.

Responsibilities
Lead and assist training groups primarily consisting of 14 & under swimmers
Support athlete development across all ability levels
Attend practices and swim meets as assigned
Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff
Assist with seasonal planning and daily workout implementation
Contribute positively to team culture and staff collaboration
Maintain all USA Swimming and SafeSport requirements
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of coaching experience
Current USA Swimming certifications in good standing
Strong communication and organizational skills
High-energy, team-oriented approach
Passion for athlete development and relationship building

Compensation & Benefits
Full-time salaried position
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
Health insurance available (team covers 60% of premium)
401(k) eligibility after one year of employment
USA Swimming certification reimbursement
