Description
OverviewCADDIEMASTER is seeking a full-time Assistant Golf Caddie Manager in Training at PGA Frisco. This role is designed as an entry point into a long-term career in caddie management within one of the premier golf service companies in the country.
The position combines hands-on, on-site experience as an Assistant Caddie Manager with a structured 6-week apprenticeship program focused on developing leadership, operational, and service skills. Candidates will gain exposure to managing daily caddie operations, working alongside experienced leaders, and learning CADDIEMASTER's proven systems and standards.
This is a growth-oriented opportunity with a clear pathway to advancement into a Caddie Manager role. Candidates must be mobile and open to relocation within the first 3-6 months.
Experience Required
- Basic knowledge of the game of golf
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in the golf industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Willingness to relocate and be flexible with scheduling
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management and execution of caddie operations at a premier golf facility
- Recruit, train, schedule, and support caddies to ensure exceptional service standards
- Serve as a liaison between golfers, caddies, and club staff to enhance the overall golf experience
- Participate in a structured 6-week apprenticeship program including virtual training, assignments, and leadership sessions
- Learn and implement CADDIEMASTER systems, processes, and service standards
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture with strong communication and accountability
- Monitor pace of play, caddie performance, and operational efficiency on a daily basis
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and communication
