Description
What makes this a great opportunity?The Assistant Brand Manager will support the team in the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives, specifically taking a lead role with the various innovation projects on the brand. This role is critical in driving brand market share, contributing to the overall success of the brand.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead all minus 196 innovation projects through the NPD process - support the brand team with POS, product and other logistics for brand programs as required
- Brand Strategy: Assist developing and implementing brand strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activities, and gather insights to inform brand strategies.
- Social Media Management: Lead managing social media presence, creating engaging content, and monitoring brand mentions.
- Leading the minus 196 website and digital marketing agenda
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Event Support: Support the planning and execution of brand-related events and activities.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the brand budget and tracking expenses.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on brand performance and marketing activities. Support the execution of the local growth strategy, identifying market opportunities and key drivers (where to play, how to win) and align directly with Value Creation Strategy/regional strategy
- Partner with peers and other internal partners (Innovation, Commercial team, Finance, and Supply Chain) to ensure all Brand projects meet milestones and budgets/ROI
Qualifications
- 2-3 years previous in consumer marketing experience/ preferred candidate will have innovation experience
- Business or marketing degree qualified
- Liquor industry experience is valued but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with marketing software tools.
