RieLes Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Anesthesiologist to join our team in El Paso, Texas, supporting the care of military service members, Veterans, and their families. This is more than just a position—it’s an opportunity to serve those who have served our country, while working alongside a collaborative and mission-driven clinical team.  In this position you will provide comprehensive anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical specialties, supporting both routine and complex cases in a dynamic clinical setting. Responsibilities include:

Delivering anesthesia care for patients ranging from neonatal to geriatric (ASA I–VI)
Performing preoperative evaluations and developing anesthesia plans
Administering general and regional anesthesia across specialties including general surgery, OB/GYN, orthopedics, cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, and more
Supervising CRNAs and managing complex anesthetic cases
Supporting post-anesthesia care and pain management, including nerve blocks
Participating in quality assurance, training, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Responding to emergent situations such as trauma, cardiac arrest, and critical care needs

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology (ABA)
• Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state
• Active DEA registration
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum of one (1) year recent clinical experience as an Anesthesiologist
• U.S. Citizenship required
