The physician partners have created the premier gastroenterology practice in southeastern North Carolina. The group provides a full compliment of gastrointestinal and liver care as well as endoscopic procedures. The group currently has 9 board certified physicians and 10+ physician assistants along with over 100 staff members dedicated to providing the best possible GI care in the region.

Company History

Founded in 2000 by 4 gastroenterologists, Drs. Meyer, Kittinger, King and Henihan have steadily grown the practice adding physicians and physician assistants during the last 20 years. Drs. Meyer and Kittinger have since retired but the mission of the group remains. Wilmington GI has one convenient location in the center of Wilmington which houses a clinic, GI endoscopy center, pathology lab and infusion center.
