Our staff of over 250 professionals includes 4 psychiatrists, 3 APRNs and over 46 clinicians. As an agency, we believe in what we do, and we do it well. Our vision of “Creating Healthy Communities” is one that all staff share – creating healthy communities within the agency and in our community. This vision is also reflected in our generous benefit package, which includes 4 weeks of vacation, 12 holidays, a training and tuition reimbursement fund, a comprehensive health insurance program, and a retirement plan with an employer contribution after 1 year. In addition to our excellent benefit package, employees with a LCSW and those who demonstrate bilingual/Spanish ability are compensated at a higher rate of pay. For those seeking licensure, we offer clinical supervision by a LCSW.

Company History
United Services was created in 1964 by a group of concerned community members who saw the need for behavioral health and social services in the northeastern part of the state. The need was great and the organization grew, eventually moving into the Windham area in 1978.
