Pediatric Search Partners is a boutique search firm focused solely within children's healthcare. Since 2009, we have successfully filled primary care, pediatric subspecialty and leadership searches for top children's hospitals and healthcare organizations across the nation.
PSP is unique because one of the founders discovered what a special place children's hospitals are while working herself as Director of Physician Recruitment at one of the nation's leading children's hospitals.
She discovered a love for connecting physicians and leaders with opportunities she knew would have a profound impact on the lives of children and their families. From working within an academic children's hospital, and upon the encouragement of the VP she worked most closely with there, Glenda was inspired to put her passion, 20+ years of experience, and talents to use to create a special search firm that would help physicians and leaders within children's hospitals, groups and healthcare organizations, and impact children's health care needs across the nation.
