We integrate services between mental health, addictions, prevention, and physical healthcare whenever possible.

Our services are based upon proven practices, build on client strengths, and involve families however possible. We provide the right services, at the right time, and at the right level.
Benefits
Paid Time Off (PTO): New full-time regular employees will earn Paid Time Off with their first full pay period. This time may be used at the employee’s discretion for vacation, holidays (LifeWorks NW designated holidays), sick or other personal reasons. Full-time regular employees will accrue PTO according to the following schedule based on their employment anniversary date:

Holidays: LifeWorks NW outpatient sites close to observe the following holidays. (It is expected that most employees will not work on designated holidays and therefore use PTO benefits.)

Extended Illness Bank (EIB)
Full-time regular employees will accrue 4.67 hours/month which will be put into the Extended Illness Bank. When an employee has been ill for 3 consecutive days they may access their EIB for time available beginning on the fourth day of absence. An employee who has been hospitalized or is eligible for Family Leave may access time from their EIB immediately.
Retirement
As an employee of LifeWorks NW you will be eligible to participate in a 403(b) Tax Sheltered Annuity on a voluntary basis. When benefited employees have been with LifeWorks NW for over a year, LifeWorks NW will automatically contribute an amount based on the percentage of regular salary (no match needed), as shown below:

10 - 14 years - 7.5% of income
15 or more- 10% of income
Vesting
All eligible employees hired before June 30, 2006 are 100% vested in the plan. All eligible employees hired after July 1, 2006 are subject to the following vesting schedule:
Less than 2 years: 0%
2 - 3 years: 25%
3 - 4 years: 50%
4 - 5 years: 75%
More than 5 years: 100%
Health Care Coverage
LifeWorks NW offers regular full-time employees (40 hours/week) coverage for medical, dental, vision, life and long term disability insurance for an employee contribution of $45 per month. Regular part-time employees (less than 40 hours/week) have benefits at pro-rated costs. Employees may cover dependents and domestic partners at the premium cost.
