Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey, Inc. (CSPNJ) is a peer led not-for-profit organization. CSPNJ provides flexible community-based services that promote responsibility, recovery and wellness through the provision of wellness centers, supportive and respite housing, human rights advocacy, and educational and innovative programs.

Company History
Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey (CSPNJ) was incorporated in 1984 as a mental health service provider managed by mental health consumers in collaboration with other professionals. Community Enterprises Corporations is an affiliate of CSPNJ that serves as the property management arm, while CSPNJ provides the supportive services and operates self-help centers. Together, these two organizations seek to provide safe, decent, affordable housing to low-income people with special needs, as well as economic development opportunities that enable clients to progress towards economic self-sufficiency and enhance their abilities to contribute to their local communities.
CSPNJ has been instrumental in brining Supportive Housing services to the mainstream of housing options for consumers in New Jersey, and has provided safe, decent, affordable housing and positive services for low income individuals, enabling them to become contributing members of their communities.
Our staff has a variety of professional qualifications. A number of our service staff are certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioners (CPRP); maintain their registered nursing (RN) status; hold bachelors, masters and PHD degrees in social work, psychology, Psychiatric rehabilitation and Occupational Therapy and have varied life experiences successfully living with various psychiatric illness.
CSPNJ continues to expand its services in NJ. Currently, CSPNJ has locations state-wide and offices in most counties in NJ. CSPNJ has over 30 locations in NJ. CSPNJ opened up a regional office in Barrington, NJ in the Fall of 2011 and continues with plans to expand services and locations throughout NJ.
