• Maintain the project portfolio framework to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects based on business value, resource availability, cost, and strategic goals.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance, including progress, risks, and financial status.
• Oversee IT cost planning and tracking, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Track and reconcile project expenses to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including performance evaluation, and compliance with agreements.
• Implement processes for capturing, evaluating, and managing business demand.

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business major
• Min. 5 years working experience in managing projects or portfolio in insurance company
• Experience in financial management, including budgeting
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication. interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of project management governance frameworks to ensure compliance and control.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
• Proficient in data analysis & reporting using Microsoft Office
• Comprehensive understanding and proficiency in General Insurance
• Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
