Were seeking a passionate and driven Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care - Hart team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Opportunity Details

• Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
• Office Hours: Monday, 7:30am to 6pm, Tuesday through Friday, 7:30am to 5pm
• Location:611 E Main St Hart, MI 49420
• Specialty: Family Medicine Physician
• Team Size: 2 providers, 3 APPs, 2 LMSW, Pharm D, Care manager and 21 support staff
• Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
• Call Requirements:  On call is shared between the Whitehall, Shelby, Hart & Ludington offices.  Physicians rotated a on call week throughout the year (approx. 8 times a year depending on the number of providers in the call pool.)

Requirements

• Open to new graduates
• Board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

• Providing direct patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in teaching and mentoring
• Documenting in Epic EMR
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting community health efforts
