At Eczema Conquerors, we're on a mission to transform lives by helping individuals conquer eczema and overcome topical steroid withdrawal (TSW). Through our signature program, we provide customized coaching to empower healing from the inside out.

While we’re based in Canada, 85% of our clients are in the U.S., and we’re now seeking a clinically strong and perceptive practitioner who thrives with complex, layered cases and is ready to support our expanding community.

Your Role:

This is a remote, part-time opportunity to help individuals get to the root of their skin concerns - with full support from our administrative team. You’ll be responsible for creating thoughtful, evidence-based protocols and walking clients through a deeper healing journey.

Clients are assigned to you, and all logistics (booking, billing, scheduling) are handled by our team.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual 1:1 consultations
• Create customized protocols using diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations
• Interpret and integrate functional lab results (GI MAP, OAT, blood work, etc.) when applicable
• Support sensitive clients with compassion as they navigate progress, plateaus, and any detox reactions that may emerge

Who This Role Is For

• You enjoy working with complex, multi-layered cases - and know that skin conditions like eczema and TSW often require more than a quick fix
• You have experience with severe eczema, topical steroid withdrawal (TSW), or highly sensitive/reactive clients - and experience with pediatric skin cases is a bonus
• You’re confident working with functional testing, herbal medicine, and adjusting protocols for individuals experiencing herxheimer or detox reactions.
• You’re comfortable working independently, but open to occasional collaboration calls with our team of practitioners
• We’re looking for someone who brings thoughtful attention, clinical care, and steady discernment to each case.
   

Time Commitment & Growth

This is a very part-time role to start - anywhere from a few hours per month to a few hours per week, depending on how many complex cases you’re assigned. We’re not looking for someone who wants fast-paced volume. We’re looking for someone who approaches each case with intention, care, and a discerning eye.

There is room to grow for the right candidate as the program continues to expand.
