The Office of Bar Counsel in Massachusetts (OBC) investigates and prosecutes ethical misconduct by Massachusetts attorneys; educates attorneys on the Rules of Professional Conduct; and strives to better the profession.  The OBC is seeking an experienced attorney to join us in our mission to protect the public and promote professionalism.  As an Assistant Bar Counsel (ABC), you will conduct your own investigations; try cases before hearing committees and the Board of Bar Overseers (BBO); make appellate arguments to Single Justices and the full bench of the Supreme Judicial Court; and have numerous opportunities to conduct outreach and legal education through speaking engagements and article writing.
