Position Highlights
Concierge-style primary care model without concierge fees
Outpatient-only practice focused on Medicare Advantage patients
Patient panel capped at approximately 400 patients
Value-based care environment emphasizing quality over volume
Modern clinic with on-site labs, EKG, and echocardiography
Robust interdisciplinary support team including:
APPs
Pharmacists
Nurses and MAs
Care coordinators
Behavioral health professionals
Social workers
Referral coordinators
Quality-based coders
Athena EMR optimized for value-based medicine
Minimal call responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive guaranteed base salary plus incentives
First-year earnings potential approximately $315K–$335K
