Our salary details are Pro/Sal – starting base of $125k–160k. We have full confidence that an 2 or 3 year experienced vet can produce over $200k on production with our system.

As a small (and rapidly growing) practice, we’re looking to tap into your strengths, your interests, and what makes you thrive. We have amazing crew of receptionists, assistants, LVTs, and our Vets! Our 3 veterinarians each carry 12+ years of experience in ER and specialty care that love to mentor their trade. One of our many goals is to bring exceptional care while keeping prices as reasonable as possible to match both our skill but also the client’s needs.
Our schedule is open to your choosing! We are interested in 3 or 4 day work weeks, but we are very flexible and willing to discuss part-time employment for the right candidate. Choose your dates and even your hours - we hope to open 7 days per week and include a swing shift for any veterinarians interested in later hours.
The area has plenty to offer, including Olympic National Park about 1 hour away, Poulsbo (a cute Nordic town), Bainbridge Island, and downtown Seattle being a quick 30minute Fast Ferry away.

Job Description

We have designed a mentoring program to help both new and experienced veterinarians become stronger clinicians every day. This can also include business mentoring and reinvestment if interested.

Schedule: We are open Monday–Saturday, soon to be Monday-Sunday — you choose your schedule!
