Friends of Sherrod Brown is seeking Finance Assistants for the 2026 campaign cycle to assist in our strong and growing fundraising and outreach program in this important election cycle. This is a full time, paid position, perfect for someone starting their career or wanting to learn more about Democratic campaigns and fundraising.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with candidate call time
Identifying and researching potential new supporters
Compiling briefings and event materials
Provide key administrative and organizational support for the finance team
Staffing events as needed
Other responsibilities as required

Compensation:
Salary: $4,000 monthly Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance available at no premium. Leave: Paid time off will be available per campaign policy. Hours: This position’s schedule will vary based on the needs of the campaign and point in the cycle, and is likely to require evening and weekend work over the course of the election cycle.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Detail oriented self-starter with an interest in democratic fundraising
Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of wide-ranging responsibilities
Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment
Experience working in NGP and proficiency in excel and Google Sheets is preferred
Access to cell phone, laptop, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
