Aspirations for Independent Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCaBA) to join our growing team. This position provides the opportunity to deliver highquality, personcentered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, community, and clinicbased settings. We support individuals across the lifespan and emphasize ethical practice, collaboration, and meaningful outcomes. This role is open to both BCBAs and BCaBAs, with responsibilities tailored to credential level and experience.
For BCBALevel Applicants:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skillbased assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and skillacquisition programs
Provide ongoing clinical oversight and case management
Deliver supervision to RBTs, behavior technicians, and BCaBA staff (if applicable)
Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed
Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with BACB, state licensure, and payer requirements
For BCaBALevel Applicants:
Assist in conducting assessments under BCBA supervision
Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
Collect, graph, and analyze data to support clinical decisionmaking
Provide training and modeling to RBTs and direct support staff
Participate in team meetings, caregiver training, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Maintain documentation in accordance with BACB and state guidelines
Work under the ongoing supervision of a BCBA
Requirements
Required:
Active BCBA or BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (For Missouri applicants) Eligibility for LBA/LaBA or PLBA/PLaBA licensure
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral support needs
Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for communitybased services
Preferred:
Experience supervising RBTs or direct support staff
Familiarity with communitybased ABA, functional communication training, and traumainformed supports
Experience with electronic data collection systems
