We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to staff the front desk during evening and weekend music therapy sessions.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with families while handling administrative tasks in a warm, welcoming environment. The role is a great fit for high school students, parents or caregivers looking for part-time work.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and guests that enter the office. Provide general customer service support, including but not limited to, answering phones and questions, checking and sending emails, registering families for programs. Receive payments for class registrations and on-site purchases. Maintain a clean, orderly, and inviting space in the reception area by tidying up toys and disposing of trash. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Schedule:
Please note, there is some flexibility in these hours. If the start time does not quite align with your availability, please reach out to us.
Mondays:3:00-7:00pm
Wednesdays: 3:00-7:00pm
Thursdays: 3:00-7:00pm
Saturdays: 8:30am-12:00pm
This role will regularly work Saturdays for a few months starting in November while our Saturday administrator is on leave. Come spring, this role will serve as back-up for the Saturday shift.
Flexible availability is a plus.
