Job Summary: HKEX Treasury is responsible for prudently managing and investing the financial resources of the Group, and to maximize the net investment income for the Group. In Group strategic initiatives and business projects, Treasury is actively involved to ensure cashflow and liquidity is optimized, and applicable funds are invested prudently. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join the Treasury Development team under Treasury Department who will help in supporting and monitoring the smooth implementation and successful delivery of Treasury projects and other strategic initiatives of the company.
Job Duties:
Job Responsibilities:
Supports the team head in planning, executing, monitoring and delivery of Treasury projects.
Assist with project plans, schedules, milestone monitoring, budgeting and deliverable tracking to ensure timely progress and proper cost control.
Review user requirements and validate technical solutions to ensure the business requirements are met.
Design/ Assist to design internal Treasury system setup and configurations, risk capture and monitoring in relation to projects, and coordination with system vendor, internal ITD and users on the implementation and testing.
Coordinate testing activities and provide testing support to ensure quality standards.
Collaborate with project internal and external stakeholders to manage deliverables and provide resolutions to issues and risks identified.
Prepare project status update and maintain project documentations for compliance with the company policies and procedures.
Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation opportunities.
Undertake assignments and projects delegated by the supervisor.
Requirements:
University Degree, preferably in Risk Management / Finance / Business Administration or related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management or business analysis roles
Knowledge and experience in system development life cycle and setting up Treasury product capability end-to-end, from deal capture, processing to settlement and ledger entries.
Proactive, able to work independently and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with MS application
Proficient in written & spoken English and Chinese
