Job Summary Support commercial banking operations by assisting relationship managers, business development teams, and banking leadership with customer service, loan processing, account onboarding, and administrative functions. Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate commercial lending activities, maintain customer relationships, and ensure efficient handling of banking transactions and documentation. Assist with commercial credit processes, customer account management, and operational support while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities Support commercial banking staff, relationship managers, and business development teams. Assist with processing new and renewed commercial loans. Coordinate loan-related correspondence and documentation. Work with commercial credit teams to support loan approval activities. Assist with onboarding new banking customers and account setup processes. Support deposit and lending relationship management activities. Serve as a liaison for administrative and customer service matters. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Provide professional customer service and client support. Collaborate with internal departments to support banking operations. Complete required training and professional development activities. Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
Requirements
