Current, valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT).
Current CPR/BLS certification
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new grads considered for certain assignments).
Ability to travel and adapt to various clinical environments.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and established care plans.
Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and state standards.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide quality patient care.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home care programs, and injury prevention.
Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including California labor and licensure standards.
