We are currently hiring club volleyball head and assistanct coaches for all levels—from developmental teams to elite national-level squads—for the 2026-27 club season (December through April/May). If you are an experienced coach or player who values mentorship, integrity, and a holistic approach to athletic development, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:
Significant experience in volleyball (playing and/or coaching).
A developmental mindset—coaches who value teaching, mentoring, and character-building.
Availability for practices, weekend tournaments, and seasonal responsibilities from December through April or May.
Passion for the game, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a high-performing team.

Requirements
In-Person Full-Time
Experience: Former high-level high school player, or current/former collegiate players.
Volleyball Expertise: Knowledge of the youth volleyball landscape, including GEVA/AAU/USAV regulations and the collegiate recruiting process.
Character-Driven: An interest in developing young athletes to focus on life skills, mental toughness, and character development.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
