We are currently looking to hire a Veterinary Assistant to join our team at Dr Bob Irelan's Veterinary Services in Lakeland, Florida. While full-time is preferred, we are open to part-time as well.

Our busy hospital offers a wide range of veterinary services including wellness, diagnostic, and surgical services. Who You Are:

• 1+ years of veterinary clinical experience as an assistant
• Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
• Experience with proper animal handling and restraint
• Ability to be adaptable and work well with existing doctors and team members
• Ability to perform nursing care in a hospital setting
• Solid understanding of animal behavior and healthcare
• Understands the importance of excellent communication and organizational skills
