Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Rehab / Medical-Surgical

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in a medical-surgical inpatient setting
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized patient treatment plans to support functional recovery and rehabilitation goals
• Float to outpatient and acute rehabilitation unit (ARU) settings as needed
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes accurately within the EPIC electronic medical records system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Missouri
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical physical therapy experience
• Proficiency or ability to work within the EPIC EMR platform
• Ability to float to outpatient and acute rehabilitation unit environments as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a medical-surgical or inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Previous travel therapy assignment experience
• Familiarity with EPIC documentation workflows in a rehabilitation context
