Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Title Physical Therapist Location York, PA Schedule / Job Type Full-time, Day shifts, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate patient recovery Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care Preferred Experience / Skills Previous outpatient or hospital rehabilitation experience (nice-to-have) Bilingual abilities (preferred but not required). $2520 includes taxable hourly rate plus meals and lodging stipend.
