Temporary Accounts Assistant - Swindon

We're recruiting an experienced Accounts Assistant for an ongoing temporary role based in Swindon, starting at short notice.

This is a hands-on Accounts Payable-focused position, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced finance team.

Key responsibilities:

• High-volume processing of purchase invoices
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Running and reviewing customer credit checks
• Supporting day-to-day AP activities as required

About you:

• Proven experience in a similar Accounts Assistant / AP role
• Confident with invoice processing and reconciliations
• Available to start quickly
