Team Assistant role - short term temp with the guarantee to go perm - sorry, no WHV's Your new companyMy client is a respected professional services organisation known for its collaborative culture and high standards of delivery. Working closely with senior leaders, boards and external stakeholders, the business offers a professional, supportive environment where quality, discretion and teamwork are highly valued.
Your new role
- Provide broad administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
- Work closely with the Business Operations Coordinator to support office and business functions
- Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
- Coordinate calendars, meetings and travel arrangements for senior leaders
- Provide administrative and coordination support to senior executives and board members
- Assist with meeting preparation, minute-taking, action tracking and distribution of materials
- Support the coordination of internal and external meetings and events
- Maintain office operations, supplies and a professional, welcoming workplace environment
- Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers and service providers
- Support IT administration and contribute to continuous improvement of office systems and processes
- Provide flexible administrative support to other teams as required
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support or executive support role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to use initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A varied and engaging role supporting senior leadership
- A professional, collaborative and supportive team environment
- Exposure to board-level and executive operations
