UCLA Health is seeking a board-certified Urologist responsible for providing world class clinical care at the UCLA Health Urology West Hills clinic.

Primary job duty shall be to provide direct general urology patient care for patients at community practice, as part of UCLA Urology West Hills

Target Salary range: $300,000.00-$400,000.00 Annual

• Maintain a current license to practice medicine in the State of California
• Board Certified in Urology
• Fluoroscopy license
• Ability to travel between UCLA Urology clinics as needed
• Maintain a Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”) license without restrictions, to the extent necessary to render professional medical services pursuant to the job duties and responsibilities set forth in the Position Description
