Description
We are seeking a Board-Certified Sleep Medicine Physician to join our well-established Outpatient Sleep Clinic in Hampton, Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role as Medical Director of our Sleep Lab, while delivering expert care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Position Highlights
Outpatient-only practice with a flexible hybrid schedule (5-day workweek)
High patient demand – currently booking 8 months out
Average 16–20 patients per day
Medical Director opportunity for Sleep Lab leadership
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team: primary care, pulmonology, neurology, and psychiatry
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a physician with extensive experience in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing a broad spectrum of adult sleep disorders, including:
Sleep apnea
Insomnia
Narcolepsy
Parasomnias
Restless leg syndrome
Proficiency in:
Interpreting overnight polysomnography, MSLT, and HSAT
Developing individualized treatment plans using CPAP/BiPAP therapy, behavioral interventions, and pharmacologic strategies

Requirements
Active and unrestricted Virginia and North Carolina medical license
Board Certification in Sleep Medicine (ABIM)
