We are currently seeking Full-Time Shampoo Assistants and Full-Time Licensed Stylists to join our growing luxury salon and spa team. Requirements

Shampoo Assistant (No License Required)

Responsibilities:

       Shampoo, condition, and treat clients’ hair using professional techniques

       Perform scalp massages and assist with basic treatments

       Prepare clients for styling services

       Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of shampoo area, tools, and workstations

       Assist stylists as needed during services

       Provide warm, professional customer service to all clients

Qualifications:

       No cosmetology license required

       Experience washing hair is a plus but not required

       Comfort working with all hair textures (curly, coily, straight, wavy, etc.)

       Willingness to learn and grow in a salon environment

       Reliable, punctual, and professional

Licensed Stylist (Cosmetology License Required)

Responsibilities:

       Perform professional hair services including cutting, styling, treatments, and consultations

       Work confidently with all hair types and textures

       Educate clients on hair care, maintenance, and product recommendations

       Maintain a clean and organized workstation

       Build and retain a loyal clientele

       Uphold salon standards for sanitation, professionalism, and client care

Qualifications:

       Valid Cosmetology License (state-required)

       Experience in a multicultural salon environment preferred

       Strong communication and consultation skills

       Passion for healthy hair and continuous education

       Team-oriented mindset
