We are seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible, Fellowship-Trained Medical or Surgical Retina Specialist for an immediate-start role.

Financial & Clinical Highlights:

  High-Yield Base Salary + Bonus:

  Year 1: $400,000 Base + Bonus

  Year 2: $500,000 Base + Bonus

  Year 3: $600,000 Base + Bonus

Superior "Steady State" Income: After Year 3, transition to 40-50% of all personal collections.
