We’re currently seeking a Full-Time X-Ray Technologist to join one of our Phoenix-area outpatient diagnostic imaging partners. This opportunity offers $90,000–$120,000 annually, full benefits, and a stable Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call.

As an X-Ray Technologist with AHC, you’ll perform high-quality diagnostic imaging studies, support DEXA and Fluoroscopy exams, and play an essential role in ensuring patients receive safe, accurate, and compassionate care.
Location:
Phoenix Metropolitan Area (multiple outpatient and hospital sites)
Some floating between facilities may be required to support coverage needs.
Shift:
Monday – Friday, Day Shift
Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexibility with start/end times may be required.
Position Summary
This position performs prescribed radiographic procedures in accordance with facility protocols and professional standards. The technologist ensures patient comfort, image quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
Core Functions
*Perform general diagnostic X-Ray exams accurately and efficiently in an outpatient environment.
*Support DEXA and Fluoroscopy procedures as needed.
*Verify patient identification, review imaging orders, and ensure all exams are completed per physician protocol.
*Educate patients and families regarding the procedure, preparation, and safety.
*Produce and present high-quality images for timely radiologist interpretation.
*Maintain accurate documentation, including exam logs, equipment QC, and patient information.
*Monitor and maintain equipment performance, report issues to appropriate personnel.
*Uphold professional conduct, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times.
*Contribute to departmental workflow, assisting colleagues and ensuring efficient patient throughput.
Minimum Qualifications
*ARRT (R) certification required.
*Active Arizona State Radiologic Technologist License required.
*BLS certification required.
*Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
*Strong communication, teamwork, and technical skills.
*Must demonstrate professionalism and sound clinical judgment in a patient-centered environment.
Preferred Qualifications
*Previous experience in DEXA or Fluoroscopy imaging strongly preferred.
*Outpatient or multi-site experience beneficial.
*One or more years of post-graduate experience as a radiologic technologist.
Compensation & Benefits
*$90,000–$120,000 annual salary (DOE)
*$5,000 sign-on bonus for recent graduates and up to $15,000 for qualified candidates
