Overview

As a key member of the operations team, the Player Assistant is responsible for monitoring the pace of play on the course. In addition, a Marshal needs to provide our guests high quality customer service in a friendly and helpful manner.

Experience Required

- Must have a valid driver's license- Must have a strong work ethic- Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public- Must have strong customer/guest orientation- Must be dependable- Knowledge about the game of golf highly preferred

Essential Responsibilities

- Maintain professional appearance- Responsible for maintaining a reasonable pace of play on the golf courses- Communicate and assist the Pro Shop in keeping an accurate pace of play- Communicate with Starter and Pro Shop about any pace of play concerns- Monitor course cleanliness- Assist Outside Staff Attendants as needed- Advises guests of course conditions, expected pace of play, local rules and other golf related issues- Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management- Perform other duties as assigned
