Overview

The Classic Club is excited to announce the exceptional career of Player Assistant! As a key member of the operations team, the Player Assistant is responsible for monitoring the pace of play on the course. In addition, a Marshal needs to provide our guests high quality customer service in a friendly and helpful manner.

Experience Required

Must have a strong work ethic, friendly personality, strong customer orientation, and dependability. Knowledge about the game of golf is highly preferred. Must have a valid driver's license.

Essential Responsibilities

Maintain professional appearance, Responsible for maintaining a reasonable pace of play on the golf courses, Communicate and assist the Pro Shop in keeping an accurate pace of play, Communicate with Starter and Pro Shop about any pace of play concerns, Monitor course cleanliness, Assist Outside Staff Attendants as needed, Advise guests of course conditions, expected pace of play, local rules and other golf related issues, Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management, Perform other duties as assigned.
