Description
- Provides general maintenance and support to Indiana University's tech park facilities, including Cyberinfrastructure building, Global Network Operations Center building, and Data Center Operations.
- Monitors and responds to tickets in ServiceNow for requests from staff regarding facility issues, event setups, and assistance with moving furniture/equipment.
- Receives, sorts, and delivers mail to mailboxes.
- Manages dock for the confirmation and delivery of packages/equipment ordered by staff.
- Maintains cleanliness of buildings and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)
Required
- Proficient communication skills
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism
- Demonstrates time management and priority setting skills
- Demonstrates a high commitment to quality
