Description

• Provides general maintenance and support to Indiana University's tech park facilities, including Cyberinfrastructure building, Global Network Operations Center building, and Data Center Operations.
• Monitors and responds to tickets in ServiceNow for requests from staff regarding facility issues, event setups, and assistance with moving furniture/equipment.
• Receives, sorts, and delivers mail to mailboxes.
• Manages dock for the confirmation and delivery of packages/equipment ordered by staff.
• Maintains cleanliness of buildings and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION
Required

• High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)

SKILLS
