Overview

Charles River Country Club has an opening for a multi-talented Outside Services Professional for a position starting in April, 2026.

This is an ideal position for a career-oriented professional who loves being in the golf industry.

The candidate will report to the Outside Services Manager, help manage a full-time and seasonal staff of appoxiamately 20 team members; and assist in administering a large caddie program.

The successful candidate's season is expected to start on or before May 1st, with an end date expected to be around November 15th (wether depending)

The successful candidate will exhibit a 'Just Do It' attitude and be willing to do whatever it takes to contribute to the success of Charlres River Country Club; will have a caring and friendly demeanor and be willing to exceed member expectations with regard to service and commitment; will have proven interpersonal skills; and, most importantly, will be a self-motivated individual who is highly personable and is willing to do what it takes to make members and guests happy.

Benefits for the position include salary of $900-$1000/week; medical/dental benefits; employee meals; staff uniforms; gratuities and more. Additionally, persons with caddie experience are welcome to caddie on their off days if they want to make additional money.
