Schedule: Full time

Shift: 4 weekdays, 10 hour shifts or Monday – Friday, 8 hour shifts;  40 hours work week

Job Description:

• The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $25/hour.
• Modifies treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments in consultation with physical therapist.
• Implements individualized treatment plans based on physical therapy evaluations and through consideration of practice standards, recommended techniques, insurance guidelines, and patient needs.
• Oversees the care provided by rehabilitation aides according to established regulations and practice standards, and may involve coordinating activities of rehabilitation aides, students, and other support personnel.
• Charges patients accurately and timely according to CPT code format, price file, and insurance guidelines.
• Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures, and other extensions of clinical expertise to the community. Identifies the need for patient and caregiver education, utilizing opportunities for teaching and documenting understanding as appropriate.

• Associate's [Required]

Field of Study:

• in Physical Therapy Required

Licenses and Certifications:

• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] AND
• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) [Required] OR
• Physical Therapy Assistant – TEMP (PTA-TEMP) [Required]
