Practice Setting

Schedule

• Daytime hours only from 8a-4p
• Block scheduling available within the summer months

Cases

• Annual wellness visits and physicals
• Well child and sick visit coverage
• Post-ER and hospital follow-up appointments
• Pre-operative evaluations

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine background
• Active BLS and DEA certifications
• Minimum 12 months of practice experience

Credentialing Requirements

• Pennsylvania license or active IMLC LOQ accepted
• Any state license may be considered for this role
• Estimated 45-day credentialing timeframe
• Rapid assistance provided for all paperwork

Travel Accommodations

• Full travel and lodging provided for the assignment duration
