Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support patients through treatment plans, helping them achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong understanding of upper extremity and hand treatments
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Knowledge of occupational therapy stretches and exercises
- Physical strength and stamina, including the ability to safely lift and assist patients
- Ability to follow and execute detailed instructions accurately
- Skilled in measuring range of motion
- Understanding of how to progress treatment plans
- Ability to recommend modifications to the Occupational Therapist when appropriate
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Strong attention to detail, reporting skills, and documentation accuracy
- Proficiency in manual therapy, stretches, and range of motion measurement
Qualifications
- NBCOT certified; graduate from an accredited college
- Current state of Wyoming license
- Outgoing and energetic personality

- Hourly rate of $25.00
