A state-of-the-art Women's Health Clinic has opened in El Paso and we're building the physician team that will define its future. This is a rare chance to join a fully resourced, growth-stage practice at the ground floor, with a call structure and support system designed so you can focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional care.
THE PRACTICE
This purpose-built, modern facility opened in May 2025, designed from the ground up for efficiency, physician satisfaction, and outstanding patient experience.
- 12 exam rooms and 2 dedicated procedure rooms
- In-house laboratory, sterilization area, hysteroscopy, and most routine GYN procedures
- Full inpatient and outpatient capabilities through the main hospital
- On-call room, private physician offices, and staff break room
- Dedicated RN, 3 MAs, 1 float MA, and 3 front-desk schedulers
CALL STRUCTURE, DESIGNED FOR WORK-LIFE BALANCE
Physician burnout often starts with unsustainable call obligations. We've built this practice differently.
- House call only; no mandatory in-house overnight coverage
- No ER call and no Labor and Delivery call; a dedicated OB Hospitalist team manages all hospital deliveries
- You cover only your own patients, every other weekend, promoting continuity and relationship-based care
This structure lets you build deep, longitudinal relationships with your patients without sacrificing your personal time.
GROWTH AND INNOVATION
- Expanding to four physicians plus a Nurse Practitioner; you'll help shape the team culture
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine services joining the clinic site
- Partnerships with emerging health tech companies to enhance workflow and patient experience
- Grand opening planned for February 2026; you'll be part of the story from the start
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- BC/BE in OB-GYN; Board Certification required for experienced physicians, Board Eligibility accepted for new graduates
- New graduates and experienced physicians both welcome
- J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available; international medical graduates encouraged to apply
- Must have completed a U.S.-based residency program
