Pay Range: $400,000 – $600,000 (plus variable compensation)

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $400,000 – $600,000
- Eastern Region Rural Stipend: $50,000
- Incentive Bonuses: Sign-on and performance-based

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- Eligible for NYS medical licensure
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care

Pay Transparency
In addition to the base pay range, provider roles may be eligible for variable compensation (productivity-based incentives, value-based payments, bonuses) per RRH compensation practices. Pay is determined by clinical experience, licensure, specialty, location, and other factors.
