Naples CSD Secondary Assistant Principal

The Naples CSD seeks an outstanding educational leader to assume the position of 7-12 Secondary Assistant Principal with an anticipated start date of 7/1/26.

Qualifications:

-Valid NYS administrative certification (SAS, SBL). Candidates with pending certifications will be considered dependent upon the anticipated date of administrative program completion.

-At least 5 years of successful teaching experience, preferably at the 7-12 Grade level.

-Preferred experience as a teacher leader.

-A student-centered leader that strives to create a school culture that is rooted in respect and responsibility.

-A collaborative approach to leadership.

-The ability to develop strong relationships with all NCS stakeholders through effective communication.

-A willingness to be visible, approachable, and accessible.

-Professional in all aspects of work and a willingness to apply a growth mindset.
