Licensed Assistant Health Center Manager

Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Schedule: Full-Time (~37.5 hrs/week)
Pay Range: $43.24–$49/hour (starting); up to $54.77/hour

Relocation Assistance Bonus: $5,000 provided for ideal candidates

Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains is seeking a Licensed Assistant Health Center Manager to support clinical operations, staff supervision, and patient care in our Colorado Springs health center. This role plays a key part in abortion care and ensures compliance with clinical standards and organizational values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise RN staff and support daily health center operations
• Provide direct patient care (up to 25%) including abortion and family planning services
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed
• Support nearby health centers as required

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in nursing; RN license
• BLS & ACLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
• Experience in nursing leadership, IV therapy, emergency management
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
