Description

• Key Responsibilities:
  - Draft, proofread, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and contracts
  - Maintain and organize case files, exhibits, and other records (both digital and physical)
  - Conduct preliminary legal research and gather case-related information or evidence
  - Manage attorney calendars, including court dates, depositions, and client meetings
  - Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, witnesses, and opposing counsel
  - Prepare summaries of depositions, trial transcripts, and discovery materials
  - Assist attorneys with trial preparation — assembling binders, exhibits, and witness lists
  - Process billing, maintain expense records, and assist with time tracking
  - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information

Requirements

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft programs
• Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document formatting
