Description
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) to provide comprehensive support to litigators in our Mobile office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with legal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in a legal administrative or litigation support role or related experience.
Familiarity with, or the ability to rapidly acquire familiarity with, relevant court rules and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work with legal practice management software and court filing platforms.
Willingness and ability to embrace new technology and platforms and the ability to learn new programs and processes quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, well organized, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
