Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf operations team. This position plays a key leadership role in the golf shop and supports the Director of Golf in delivering an exceptional golf experience for members and guests. The role is responsible for overseeing golf shop merchandising and retail operations, coordinating ladies' golf programs (including 9-hole leagues and events), and assisting with tournament and event operations.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the game of golf, highly organized, and committed to creating engaging programs that grow participation and enhance the club experience.

Experience Required

Private club expierence prefered.
