Overview

Victoria National is a Golf Digest Top 100 facility that is part of the Dormie Network. Ranked #1 in the state of Indiana year over year and the former host of the Korn Ferry Tour Championship.

Dormie Network is a collection of seven golf clubs located across the US in states like Indiana, Texas, North Carolina, Virginia, New Jersey, and Nebraska. The model is high-end destination private with Victoria having 15 cottages (60 available rooms). These cottages are 4-bedroom king suites with a large common area, wet bar, screened in patio, and private firepit.

Victoria does anywhere from 13,000 to 15,000 rounds annually and over 8,000+ room nights. Roughly 2,500 members across the US.

Experience Required

Minimum 2-3 years experience at a high-end private facility

Class A PGA Member preferred or active enrollment in the PGA apprenticeship program Level 2 or higher

Essential Responsibilities

Assist the Head Golf Professoinal with all facets of the golf operation including but not limited to:

• Merchandising
• Tournament Operations (Golf Genius)
• Managing Club Service Team
• Arrival & Departure Process
• Fleet Management
• Lessons & Clinics
• Operating POS System (NorthStar)

Communicate clearly and professionally with members, guests, and teammates.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a customer service oriented mindset.

Exhibit excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Perform at a high level in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure enviornment.
