Graduate Paraplanner / Financial Planning Assistant

Join Morrows OneTeam — a growing, multi-disciplinary firm that walks beside clients across accounting, tax, legal, lending and wealth. We're seeking an energetic Graduate Paraplanner / Financial Planning Assistant to support our Private Wealth team and help deliver superior client outcomes.
About the role
You'll provide paraplanning and administration support across the adviser team, helping prepare compliant advice documents and managing client application workflows. This is a handson, allround role ideal for someone who has recently completed a business degree or a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.
Key responsibilities
Draft and prepare Statements of Advice (SoA) and Records of Advice (RoA) based on adviser strategies, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Prepare, process and track client application forms, fee forms and superannuation rollovers
Complete premeeting preparation and support client meetings.
Liaise with clients and third parties by phone and email; keep client records current.
Provide proactive, timely support to advisers with adhoc queries, reporting and implementation.
Perform general office duties (scanning, printing, filing, mail, phones).
Maintain data integrity using systems including Xplan, Salesforce and BOX.
About you
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Economics or related discipline.
Some prior work experience.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
Right to work in Australia and willingness to undertake a criminal record check.
Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve processes.
Experience with Xplan or similar financial planning platforms is desirable.
