Overview

Golf Shop Assistant will be involved with daily golf shop operations. This will include opening and closing duties, inventory management, greeting members, tee time management, tournament management, merchandising, and more. Successful candidate will maintain a a clean and well organized golf shop while focusing on member satisfaction.

Experience Required

Previous private golf club experience preferred

Golf Genius experience preferred

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Assist golf staff with tournament prep and daily operations
• Manage tee time bookings and check-ins using our POS system
• Assist customers with merchandise selection and sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pro Shop
• Restock inventory and help with visual merchandising
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate information about club services
